ABOUT VACPS
VENTURASIA is an international group with headquarter in Singapore and Hong kong, with main operations based in Asia and with commercial activities in Asia pacific, Europe, Middle east and USA.
VENTURASIA CPS has been creating and manufacturing premium packaging since 2007.
Our French-Asian team of 28 persons create and manufacture :
- Innovative and high-quality luxury packaging for the industries wine and spirits, cosmetic, perfume, cigar, jewellery, watches, tea and fine foods.
- We strive to develop packaging using eco-friendly material when-ever possible and cost effective.
We manage a complete service from the creation to manufacturing and delivering worldwide.
We do not compromise on quality and ensure a strict supervision of development work and commercial production at all steps.
OPERATIONS AND KNOW HOW
PACKAGING:
Based on your brief our creative designers share ideas with your teams in order to define a product that fits your esthetic, quality and budget requirements.
3D visuals are designed for you to view the finalized product concept.
Based on the validated 3D visual our engineers manufacture a prototype in line with chosen materials and esthetic final desired effects.
After validation of specifications and prototype, a production plan is set.
To manufacture an innovative and quality product and optimize the cost efficiency the following technologies are used depending on materials selected:
- CNC 5 axis continuous, laser cutting and engraving
- 3D printing (small and large sizes)
- Offset, silkscreen printing, hot/cold stamping and spot UV
- Emboss, deboss and chemical engraving
- Lamination, varnishing and decalcomania
- Vaccum plating
We work with many materials to obtain the best esthetic, functional and cost-effective solutions: Metal, wood, resins, abs, polymers, glass, PMMA, carbon fibers, composite materials…
We also work with eco-friendly material whenever it is possible, such as bamboo, cellulose, bamboo and palm leaves fibers.
Our engineers and quality team support and control the entire manufacturing process.
A strict Quality Control is carried out on finished products before products release.
